Peer Support
Chat and Craft Nights
Julia’s Light peer support meetings provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for those who have experienced the loss of a baby during pregnancy or infancy. Facing life without your baby is an incredibly difficult journey, and you do not have to walk it alone.
Together, we share our feelings and experiences with grief and loss while offering one another understanding, encouragement, and support. During each meeting, we talk and connect while making a small craft in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
To help create a comfortable and sensitive environment for everyone, participants must be 13 years of age or older and not visibly pregnant, as we recognize that pregnancy may be triggering for some of our peers.
Please note: Julia’s Light Peer Support Group provides peer-to-peer support and is not professional therapy or a substitute for care from a qualified mental health professional.
